- ⢠As a Manager, Programmatic at DEPT Holding B.V., you will serve as a resident expert in programmatic and direct buying, driving growth for ambitious brands by designing and executing data-driven media strategies across Display, Video, CTV, and Audio.
- ⢠Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing mid-to-high level budgets, negotiating Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) and Private Marketplace (PMP) deals with premium publishers, optimizing campaigns using insights from DSPs like DV360 and The Trade Desk, and ensuring technical quality and brand safety through 3rd-party verification tools (IAS, DV).
- ⢠You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Paid Search, Paid Social, Ad Operations, and Data Strategy to ensure programmatic efforts are integrated into the full media mix, anticipating and meeting client needs with precision.

- ⢠In this role, you will deepen your expertise in the evolving programmatic ecosystem â including identity solutions, real-time bidding, and cookie-less technologies â while sharpening your ability to translate complex data into compelling client narratives and lead high-impact media initiatives.
đŻ Requirements
- ⢠2-4 years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying with DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or Amazon DSP
- ⢠Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including identity solutions, real-time bidding, and the evolving cookie-less landscape
- ⢠Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools, with ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets
- ⢠Experience with ad servers (Google Campaign Manager 360) and 3rd-party verification tools (IAS, DoubleVerify, MOAT)
- ⢠Exceptional communication skills to explain programmatic complexities clearly to clients and stakeholders
- ⢠Fluency in English (written and verbal) for collaboration with international team members
