- • Lead and manage a team of recruiters with day-to-day oversight, coaching, and performance guidance in a fast-paced staffing agency environment.
- • Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations to ensure process consistency, quality, and efficiency across sourcing, screening, and placement workflows.
- • Manage and optimize the use of ATS platforms, ensuring accurate data entry, pipeline tracking, and reliable reporting for recruitment metrics.
- • Drive operational improvements by identifying inefficiencies in recruitment workflows and implementing scalable solutions to enhance throughput and quality.
- • Serve as the primary point of escalation for team challenges, client needs, and process gaps, resolving issues promptly to maintain service standards.
- • Monitor and analyze team KPIs and recruitment metrics to identify trends, diagnose performance issues, and implement corrective actions.
- • Support client account management activities by ensuring high-standard service delivery and alignment with client expectations.
- • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment operations with broader business goals and strategic priorities.
- • Maintain proficiency in remote collaboration tools including Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana to coordinate with distributed teams across US time zones.
- • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with operational standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and documentation.
- • Record a video as part of the mandatory application process; failure to do so will result in automatic disqualification from consideration.
- • Work within US time zones (EST–PST) to facilitate seamless communication with clients, teams, and stakeholders located in North America.
- • Operate in a fully remote capacity while maintaining accountability, productivity, and responsiveness in a high-volume recruitment environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • Staffing agency background is non-negotiable — candidates without this experience will not be considered
- • Proven experience in a managerial or senior leadership role overseeing a team of recruiters or recruitment coordinators
- • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruiting technology stacks
- • Strong written and spoken English with a professional, clear communication style
- • Ability to manage high-volume, fast-moving operations while maintaining quality and accuracy
- • Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies
