- • Manage all digital channels for a major retail company, including e-commerce, social media, and online customer service platforms.
- • Design and execute growth strategies focused on increasing sales, conversion rates, and profitability across digital touchpoints.
- • Administer and optimize Shopify-based e-commerce stores, ensuring seamless user experience and operational efficiency.
- • Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across paid media channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest.
- • Oversee commercial customer service operations via WhatsApp and other digital communication platforms.
- • Develop and implement cart abandonment recovery strategies to improve conversion rates and reduce customer loss.
- • Analyze digital metrics and KPIs to identify growth opportunities, measure campaign performance, and inform data-driven decisions.
- • Create, coordinate, and execute engaging content for social media and digital platforms aligned with brand voice and business goals.
- • Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to align digital strategies with overall business objectives.
- • Identify and evaluate new digital business opportunities for multiple recognized retail brands in the region.
- • Utilize automation tools, AI-driven solutions, and process optimization techniques to enhance marketing efficiency and scalability.
- • Monitor user behavior and digital analytics to continuously refine customer journey and improve retention.
- • Work autonomously to execute end-to-end digital marketing projects from concept to delivery.
- • Report directly to Commercial and Marketing leadership with full ownership of digital channel performance.
- • Operate in a 100% remote, contractor-based role with exclusive dedication required.
- • Receive salary in USD and lead digital growth initiatives across multiple retail brands in Latin America.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Ecommerce roles
- • Hands-on experience managing Shopify e-commerce stores
- • Expertise in performance marketing and customer acquisition strategies
- • Mandatory experience with Paid Media: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest
- • Demonstrated experience in content creation and social media management
- • Knowledge of automation tools, AI technologies, and process optimization systems
