📋 Description

• Develop and manage educational content for the RiseGuide in-app experience, creating engaging, bite-sized learning modules grounded in insights from top role models like Michelle Obama, Steve Jobs, Jim Kwik, Barbara Oakley, Kobe Bryant, and Mel Robbins.
• Localize and adapt existing text and video content for target markets, ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance while maintaining brand voice and pedagogical integrity.
• Write, edit, and refine all English-language copy across the app, including module descriptions, onboarding flows, microcopy, and user prompts to ensure clarity, consistency, and high engagement.
• Generate original content ideas and content initiatives that align with the product’s strategic goals and drive user retention, completion rates, and satisfaction.
• Provide operational content support by analyzing user feedback, moderating in-app comments, and identifying trends or pain points in user interactions to inform content improvements.
• Collaborate with writers, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams (product, design, data) to translate complex behavioral science and self-improvement concepts into digestible, actionable content.
• Maintain and update company websites and associated content platforms to ensure alignment with product messaging and brand standards.
• Work with social media teams to support content distribution, repurposing, and campaign alignment across digital channels.
• Manage content pipelines across multiple formats — text, video, and interactive elements — ensuring timely delivery and quality control under scalable production demands.
• Use CMS and LMS platforms to upload, organize, version, and track content performance, optimizing for user engagement and learning outcomes.
• Analyze content effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative data to iteratively improve module design, pacing, and messaging.
• Serve as a bridge between product strategy and content execution, ensuring all materials reinforce the core mission of transforming ‘smart scrolling’ into meaningful personal development.
• Contribute to long-term content strategy by identifying gaps in the learning journey and proposing new topics, experts, or frameworks to expand the content library.
• Ensure all content meets accessibility and inclusivity standards, adapting language and structure to serve a global, diverse audience.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to create and analyze large volumes of educational content
• Professional working proficiency in English (B2-C1 level)
• Experience editing and proofreading English-language text as a professional editor
• Hands-on experience with CMS and LMS platforms
• Demonstrated experience managing external writers and collaborating with domain specialists across multiple fields
• Experience working in a product-led tech company (app, web, or SaaS)
