- • As a Content Marketer at HappyRobot AI Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative of an innovative AI infrastructure company that enables enterprises to build autonomous AI workforces. Your work will directly influence how the company communicates its value proposition across global markets, driving brand awareness, demand generation, and sales enablement through strategic, high-impact content.
- • You will own and execute the full content lifecycle—from ideation and creation to distribution and performance analysis—ensuring all messaging aligns with HappyRobot’s brand voice, technical depth, and growth objectives while supporting cross-functional initiatives in product, sales, and growth.
- • You will join a fast-moving, Y Combinator-backed startup (S23) with over $60M in funding from top-tier investors like a16z and Base10, operating at the forefront of enterprise AI innovation with real-world deployments in logistics and beyond.
- • You will collaborate closely with the Head of Growth and founders in a high-autonomy environment where your contributions are visible, valued, and instrumental in scaling the company’s market presence and thought leadership.
- • You will develop expertise in GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AI-assisted content creation, and enterprise B2B storytelling, positioning yourself at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and strategic marketing in a rapidly evolving industry.
- • You will refine your ability to balance creative excellence with data-driven decision-making, learning to measure content impact, iterate quickly, and optimize for discoverability and conversion in new channels.
- • You will strengthen your project management and cross-functional collaboration skills by coordinating with designers, freelancers, product, sales, and growth teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality campaigns and enablement assets.
- • You will deepen your understanding of enterprise sales cycles and technical audiences, crafting content that resonates with decision-makers in complex B2B environments while maintaining clarity, precision, and brand consistency.

🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in early-stage startups, marketing, or working with enterprise customers in a similar capacity
- • Proven ability to write, edit, and publish high-quality content across blog, social, email, and other channels
- • Comfort with content performance tracking and basic analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, or Ahrefs
- • Extreme ownership, exceptional organizational skills, and a self-starter mentality thriving under high autonomy
- • Strong writing and editing skills with good taste and basic design sensibility
- • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for copy and design to accelerate content production
- • High sense of urgency and a track record of getting things done efficiently and effectively
