  • • Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and market presence for Conversica.
  • • Create high-quality, compelling marketing content across multiple channels including website, blog, email, social media, whitepapers, case studies, and landing pages.
  • • Own and maintain the company website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams including sales, product, and demand generation to align content with business objectives and campaign needs.
  • • Turn strategic marketing ideas into polished, on-brand assets with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong independent execution skills.
  • • Craft narrative-driven storytelling that effectively communicates Conversica’s value proposition, customer success stories, and product capabilities.
  • • Manage the content calendar and editorial workflow to ensure consistent publishing schedules across all digital platforms.
  • • Optimize content for SEO and user engagement, using analytics to refine messaging and improve performance over time.
  • • Support marketing campaigns by producing timely, targeted content that drives lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • • Maintain brand consistency in tone, style, and visual messaging across all external communications.
  • • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor content, and audience preferences to inform content development and strategy.
  • • Edit and proofread content produced by internal teams or external contributors to ensure quality and compliance with brand standards.
  • • Work remotely as a fully independent contributor, coordinating asynchronously with team members across the United States.
  • • Report on content performance metrics and provide insights to guide future content planning and resource allocation.
  • • Adapt content for different audience segments including enterprise buyers, IT leaders, and C-suite executives.
  • • Ensure all content complies with legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements relevant to marketing communications.
  • • Stay current with evolving content marketing tools, platforms, and best practices to continuously improve output and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience as a Content Marketing Manager or similar role with a portfolio of B2B marketing content
  • • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with ability to produce polished, persuasive content independently
  • • Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization for digital channels
  • • Experience managing website content and executing website updates
  • • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and demand generation
  • • Demonstrated success in creating content that drives engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness
