- • Lead end-to-end content marketing initiatives including the creation, editing, and optimization of user-generated content (UGC) aligned with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
- • Edit and enhance video and graphic content using tools such as Canva and other editing software to maintain high-quality standards across digital platforms.
- • Develop and execute data-driven content strategies that drive audience engagement and support broader marketing goals.
- • Build and maintain relationships with U.S.-based content creators and influencers, coordinating production timelines, deliverables, and feedback to ensure on-time, on-brand content delivery.
- • Provide creative direction to external creators to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- • Track and analyze content performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other tools to optimize engagement and ROI.
- • Optimize content for SEO and social media platforms to maximize reach and visibility.
- • Manage email marketing campaigns and oversee the distribution of social media content across owned channels.
- • Maintain efficient content workflows that increase creative output while ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables.
- • Produce high-impact content that directly contributes to measurable business outcomes including audience growth, engagement rates, and campaign performance.
- • Work within U.S. business hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST) to align with client time zones and support U.S.-based marketing operations.
- • Operate with full creative autonomy in a fully remote environment, shaping brand storytelling through strategic content creation.
- • Collaborate with a dynamic, innovation-driven marketing team focused on digital excellence and scalable content operations.
- • Deliver consistent, high-quality UGC that drives campaign success and strengthens brand presence across digital channels.
- • Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, visual identity, and performance benchmarks established by the client.
- • Independently manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail and creative excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or related fields
- • Proven experience with UGC creation and content strategy development
- • Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools, including Canva
- • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing tools
- • Strong creative vision with sharp attention to detail
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
