• • As a Contract Events Associate at ServiceTitan, you will be instrumental in orchestrating the operational success of our extensive event portfolio, which encompasses over 100 events annually. This role is crucial for supporting a variety of event types, including high-profile tradeshows, dynamic field marketing initiatives, and engaging customer programs. You will serve as the central point of contact for logistical execution, ensuring that every event runs seamlessly from planning to post-event analysis.
• • Your primary responsibility will be the high-volume logistical execution of events. This involves managing a wide array of tasks such as coordinating attendee registrations, processing booth orders with vendors, liaising with external suppliers, and ensuring the efficient allocation of all necessary resources. The ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and maintain a high level of accuracy under pressure is paramount.
• • A significant aspect of this role involves establishing and maintaining robust operational processes. You will be tasked with overseeing the departmental inventory of promotional materials, swag, and essential event supplies. This includes meticulous tracking, proactive ordering, and managing the logistics of distribution to ensure that all event locations are perfectly equipped, preventing any last-minute shortages or issues.
• • You will take ownership of our event technology stack, which includes key platforms such as Salesforce, Tableau, Airtable, Captello, and Cvent. A critical focus will be on enhancing our Salesforce reporting capabilities. This involves developing and refining reports to accurately measure and demonstrate the return on investment (ROI) of our events, providing clear insights into their impact on sales pipeline growth and overall revenue generation.
• • Financial diligence is a core component of this position. You will provide comprehensive support to the Events department by meticulously managing expenses and tracking budgets. This requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to ensure that all event-related expenditures are within allocated budgets and properly accounted for.
• • The role demands a proven track record in event management, ideally within a high-growth or startup environment where managing a large volume of recurring events is the norm. A minimum of two years of direct experience in this capacity is expected.
• • A strong understanding of sales-driven events and how they directly contribute to the revenue pipeline is essential. You must be able to articulate the connection between event activities and business outcomes.
• • Proficiency in Salesforce is a must, particularly in building reports that effectively track event ROI and performance metrics. This technical skill is vital for demonstrating the value of our events.
