📋 Description

• • As a Contract Negotiator at Workday, you will serve as a primary legal contact for the Global Legal Services team, managing end-to-end contract workflows from request to execution while supporting Workday’s mission to shape the future of work through integrity, empathy, and innovation.
• • Day to day, you will manage contract generation, review, and negotiation processes; coordinate with cross-functional teams; draft and revise contract language; maintain contract management systems; and provide research and administrative support to in-house legal staff.
• • Workday’s Global Legal Services team supports the company’s legal operations worldwide, handling high-volume transactional work across customer accounts and collaborating with sales, finance, and product teams to ensure compliant and efficient contracting.
