• • Sift Science, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contracts Manager to join our dynamic legal team. This pivotal role is designed for an individual passionate about streamlining legal operations and expertly managing contractual agreements within a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environment. As a key player in our legal and compliance department, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our contract administration processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and strategic alignment with business objectives. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to prevent fraud and abuse, enabling our customers to deliver exceptional experiences while maintaining robust digital trust and safety.
• • In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive review and negotiation of a wide array of buy-side and sell-side contracts. This includes, but is not limited to, critical documents such as order forms, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and Master Service Agreements (MSAs). Your expertise in contract law and negotiation will be crucial in safeguarding Sift's interests while facilitating seamless business transactions.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve owning the entire business procurement contract administration lifecycle. This encompasses managing inbound requests, meticulously tracking progress, and ensuring the timely and accurate finalization of all agreements. You will be the go-to person for ensuring our procurement processes are robust, compliant, and efficient, contributing to the overall operational excellence of the company.
• • Collaboration is at the heart of this position. You will work closely and cross-functionally with various business groups, with a particular emphasis on partnering with our sales and sales operations teams. Your efforts will be directed towards streamlining the sales process and accelerating related deal cycles, ensuring that our legal support is a catalyst for business growth rather than a bottleneck.
• • To foster consistency and efficiency, you will be tasked with creating and maintaining essential legal documentation. This includes developing and updating key contract templates, comprehensive playbooks, clear policies, and other vital knowledge management materials. These resources will serve as foundational tools for the legal team and relevant business stakeholders, promoting best practices and reducing ambiguity.
• • Data-driven decision-making is a core tenet of our operational philosophy. You will be responsible for tracking and reporting on key department metrics.
