- • The Contracts Specialist plays a critical role in supporting Agile Defense’s mission by managing the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and enabling timely delivery of mission-critical solutions.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contract terms; maintaining contract databases; tracking key dates and deliverables; coordinating with legal, finance, and program teams; and ensuring adherence to FAR, DFARS, and other regulatory requirements.
- • Agile Defense is a mission-driven defense contractor focused on delivering innovative, agile solutions to national security challenges through advanced technology and expert talent, operating with a culture of integrity, speed, and adaptability.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in federal contracting, strengthen your negotiation and analytical skills, gain exposure to high-stakes government programs, and position yourself for advancement into senior contract management or procurement leadership.
