📋 Description

• • The Controls Support Technician II – PLC & Automation role is critical to ensuring customer satisfaction and operational reliability by providing expert technical support for industrial automation systems, particularly PLCs and drives, across converting and packaging machinery product lines.
• • Day to day, the technician will communicate with customers to diagnose and resolve equipment issues, respond urgently to unplanned breakdowns, perform remote VPN troubleshooting during second shift, document resolutions in asset management systems, and support on-the-go programming changes with minimal supervision.
