- • **Day-to-Day Responsibilities**:
- • **Design Dialog Flows and Scripts**: Craft intuitive, user-friendly dialog flows and scripts that guide users seamlessly through interactions with AI-driven virtual assistants. Your designs will ensure conversations feel natural, context-aware, and aligned with user intent, enhancing the overall user experience.
- • **Define Intents and User Journeys**: Map out user intents and design comprehensive user journeys that anticipate needs, reduce friction, and deliver personalized experiences. Your work will involve analyzing user behavior, identifying pain points, and creating solutions that drive engagement and satisfaction.
- • **Lead Conversation Design Workshops**: Facilitate workshops with customers and partners to gather requirements, align on goals, and co-create conversational designs. You’ll act as a subject matter expert, guiding stakeholders through best practices and innovative approaches to conversational AI.
- • **Develop Assistant Personas**: Create compelling, relatable personas for virtual assistants that align with brand identity and user expectations. Your designs will ensure assistants are not only functional but also empathetic, trustworthy, and memorable, fostering stronger connections with users.
- • **Support Onboarding and Solution Delivery**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard customers and deliver end-to-end conversational solutions. You’ll provide expertise during implementation, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure projects meet high standards of quality and performance.
- • **Enable Partners and Drive Adoption**: Conduct partner enablement activities, including training sessions, documentation, and knowledge sharing, to ensure successful adoption of NICE’s conversational AI platform.
