- • Design, build, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments across client websites and funnels to improve conversion rates
- • Optimize landing pages, forms, call-to-action elements, and overall user experience based on data-driven insights
- • Analyze user behavior using analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel drop-off data to identify friction points
- • Conduct comprehensive CRO audits and develop prioritized, clear optimization recommendations for clients
- • Architect and own the testing roadmap across multiple client accounts, ensuring alignment with business goals
- • Prepare CRO deliverables and present analysis, results, and actionable insights directly to clients during calls
- • Translate test outcomes into clear next steps for clients and internal teams to drive continuous improvement
- • Partner with designers, developers, and client resources to implement test variants when needed, without requiring developer-level skills
- • Collaborate with account managers and cross-functional teams to ensure clients receive high-quality, results-driven CRO work
- • Maintain consistent daily work hours aligned with US Eastern business hours: 9:30am–2:00pm (PHT) and 8:00pm–12:30am (PHT)
- • Work from home with a structured schedule that includes a long midday break to support work-life balance
- • Target 42.5 billable hours per week while adhering to a predictable daily rhythm that accommodates collaboration with US-based teams
- • Use CRO and analytics tools including GA4, VWO, Optimizely, Convert, Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity to execute and measure experiments
- • Apply a hypothesis-led, data-driven mindset to test assumptions and let results determine optimization priorities
- • Manage multiple testing programs and deadlines simultaneously with high organization and attention to detail
- • Communicate complex analytical findings in clear, compelling ways to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- • Contribute to mission-driven work by supporting nonprofits, trade associations, and other organizations focused on positive social impact
- • Adapt quickly to changing systems, processes, or approaches as the company grows and evolves
- • Embrace a culture of relentless improvement, where the focus is on “How can I be better?” rather than adjusting expectations
