- • As a Middle Growth Designer at Liven, you will design and optimize upsell products within the company’s self-regulation ecosystem, directly influencing key business metrics through interface innovation and A/B testing.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include creating and refining upsell screens, preparing interface variations for A/B tests, working with CRO elements (offers, bundles, social proof, modals), adapting designs for different themes and locales, maintaining and evolving the design system, collaborating with developers for implementation, participating in hypothesis generation, analyzing user behavior via heatmaps and behavior tools, and conducting competitor research for discovery.
- • Liven is a remote-first company based in Ukraine, building a global ecosystem of self-regulation products used by over 2.5 million people, including an AI-powered self-discovery app, online coaching, and supplements, driven by curiosity and a culture of experimentation to support users’ mental well-being.

🎯 Requirements
- • Confident proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, variables, prototyping)
- • Experience working with design systems
- • Experience in web or product marketing design
- • Strong UI skills and attention to detail
- • Ability to independently create or generate visuals (using AI or other tools) for rapid test variation preparation
- • Skill in generating hypotheses and working on product tasks
- • Comfortable collaboration with developers and seeing tasks through to release
- • Basic experience in user research
- • Results-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with parallel tests
