- • As a Copy Supervisor at Real Chemistry, you will serve as a brand steward and category champion, responsible for owning day-to-day writing responsibilities for healthcare and pharma-related HCP accounts, ensuring scientific content is transformed into compelling, memorable messaging that advances brand strategy and creative excellence.
- • Your daily work will include writing headlines and body copy for digital tactics such as websites, interactive visual aids, videos, banners, landing pages, and emails; preparing client-approved copy submissions in AMA style; collaborating with Art Directors, Designers, Developers, Account, and Strategy teams; leading multiple projects independently; and presenting work expertly to clients and internal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of healthcare/pharmaceutical writing experience, preferably in an agency setting
- • College degree in a related field preferred
- • Portfolio or PDF of relevant work samples required
- • Experience writing for the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry
- • Ability to convey complex scientific information into clear, compelling messages for HCP audiences
