• • As a Core Experience Engineer - Team Lead at Latamcent, you will be at the forefront of shaping the foundational elements of our innovative platform. This pivotal role demands a unique blend of technical prowess, strategic thinking, and empathetic leadership, empowering you to guide a dedicated engineering team towards building and maintaining scalable, high-performance core systems. You will not only contribute hands-on to the development lifecycle but also serve as a technical mentor and architectural visionary, ensuring our technology stack evolves in lockstep with our ambitious business objectives.
• • In your initial 3–6 months, your success will be measured by your ability to forge strong relationships within your team, establishing trust and rapport through consistent, supportive 1:1s and proactive mentorship. You will swiftly assume ownership of critical core systems, making direct contributions to feature delivery and ensuring the robustness and efficiency of our product. A key objective will be to elevate our engineering standards, driving improvements in code quality, architectural design, and the adoption of best practices. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with leadership to meticulously scope, prioritize, and execute initiatives that yield the most significant impact for our users and the business.
• • Your responsibilities will extend to leading and nurturing a team of talented engineers, cultivating an environment where a strong sense of ownership, continuous learning, and collaborative problem-solving are paramount.
