• • This pivotal role within the Corporate Finance team, reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Finance, is instrumental in supporting the General and Administrative (G&A) functions. You will be tasked with delivering high-impact financial analyses and actionable insights to guide the strategic decisions of our CFO and other senior leadership. Your responsibilities will encompass the meticulous planning, forecasting, and tracking of critical expenses, including hosting, cloud services, and software subscriptions, ensuring they remain aligned with approved budgets.
• • A core aspect of this position involves generating comprehensive reports that not only highlight financial performance but also provide clear, actionable insights to facilitate informed decision-making across the organization. To guarantee the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting, you will foster robust cross-functional collaboration with key teams, including OnePay’s Engineering department, as well as the Accounting and Procurement functions. A strong bias for action, a commitment to efficiency, exceptional data management and analytical capabilities, and advanced financial modeling skills are paramount for success in this role.
• • Key responsibilities include leading the development of comprehensive budgets and forecasts, covering essential areas such as headcount, compensation structures, and vendor expenditures. You will act as a dedicated financial partner to various teams, offering expert advice and support on critical financial decisions, strategic planning, and initiatives aimed at enhancing overall performance.
• • You will be responsible for diligently tracking and analyzing all expenses, ensuring strict adherence to approved budgets and proactively identifying opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency gains. A significant part of your role will involve analyzing financial results, conducting in-depth variance analyses, and effectively communicating key insights and strategic recommendations to drive improvements in financial performance.
• • This position requires the delivery of regular and ad-hoc financial reports to the CFO and other senior G&A leaders, accompanied by insightful commentary on prevailing trends, potential risks, and emerging opportunities. You will also play a crucial role in fostering cross-departmental collaboration, working closely with teams like Accounting to uphold the integrity and compliance of financial data.
