📋 Description

• As a Corporate Systems Engineer at Onebrief Inc., you will play a critical role in maintaining the security, reliability, and performance of the company’s core IT infrastructure, directly enabling military and defense-focused teams to operate with greater speed, intelligence, and efficiency through AI-powered collaboration tools.
• You will own endpoint and device management across a diverse, remote-first environment, ensuring all systems remain compliant, patched, and secure while supporting seamless operations for engineering, HR, and finance teams.
• You will serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues, applying structured root-cause analysis to resolve problems spanning endpoints, operating systems, networks, and SaaS integrations.
• You will manage SaaS and identity platforms—including Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, and application lifecycle controls—enforcing least-privilege access and supporting audit and compliance requirements critical to a defense-adjacent organization.
• You will drive proactive improvements in system reliability and security through configuration hardening, continuous monitoring, and disciplined change management within defined maintenance windows.
• You will collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, HR, and Finance, translating technical requirements into operational reality while maintaining clear documentation and communication during incidents and changes.

• You will develop deep expertise in enterprise endpoint management (Intune, Jamf, Workspace ONE), identity governance, and SaaS administration, positioning yourself as a trusted technical advisor in a high-stakes, security-conscious environment.

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a background check
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, systems administration, or a closely related role
• Proven experience with endpoint management platforms such as Intune, Jamf, or Workspace ONE
• Hands-on experience managing SaaS applications, SSO, identity providers (Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID), and access control systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, Linux, networking, and SaaS integrations
• Demonstrated ability to handle escalations and drive root-cause resolution for complex technical issues
• Experience planning and executing changes within maintenance windows to minimize user impact
• Ability to document systems, processes, and procedures clearly and thoroughly
