• • As a Counsel, Marketing at Coinbase Global, Inc., you will be an integral part of the Marketing Legal team, serving as the primary legal advisor to our global marketing and growth departments. This pivotal role involves providing strategic counsel on a wide array of matters, from the meticulous review of creative assets and advertising claims to the negotiation of complex marketing-related contracts and the structuring of innovative sweepstakes and promotional campaigns. You will also play a crucial role in supporting product teams as they engage with new and prospective Coinbase customers, ensuring all communications are legally sound and aligned with our brand integrity.
• • Your core responsibility will be to act as a trusted legal advisor, with a particular focus on bringing brand campaigns to market. This includes navigating the intricacies of sponsorship agreements, substantiating advertising and product claims with robust evidence, and ensuring compliance with all promotional regulations. You will be at the forefront of ensuring our marketing efforts are not only creative and impactful but also legally compliant and risk-mitigated.
