- • The Inside Auto Claims Adjuster role at Allstate is essential for investigating and resolving auto insurance claims, ensuring customers receive timely and fair support during stressful situations.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include investigating minor to moderately complex auto accidents, conducting recorded statements with claimants and witnesses, evaluating coverage and liability, negotiating settlements, and maintaining detailed claim files.
- • Allstate is a trusted leader in insurance with over 90 years of innovation in customer protection, from safety advocacy to telematics and identity protection, offering a mission-driven culture focused on protecting families.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in claims handling, regulatory compliance, customer communication, and negotiation, while gaining experience with industry-standard claims technology and processes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of prior claim handling experience preferred
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a commitment to excellent customer service
- • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment
- • Strong attention to detail with solid critical-thinking and decision-making skills
- • Comfortable using technology and learning claims-related software and tools
- • Willingness to obtain and maintain an adjuster’s license in required states within 60 days of hire
