📋 Description
- • Serve as a strategic advisor to business and functional leaders, providing counsel on communications that align with business priorities, culture, and transformation initiatives.
- • Translate complex organizational strategies into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with diverse, global employee audiences to drive understanding and action.
- • Develop and execute integrated communications strategies and plans, aligning messaging, channels, and timing to maximize reach and impact across the global workforce.
- • Partner with Communications, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment across all internal channels and touchpoints.
- • Shape and elevate stories that connect company strategy, innovation (including AI), and employee contributions to demonstrate tangible business impact and value.
- • Measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives using insights and data to continuously refine messaging and improve outcomes.
- • Maintain a continuous improvement mindset by raising the bar on clarity, creativity, and effectiveness across all deliverables.
- • Leverage AI-powered communication platforms and practical applications to enhance content delivery, personalization, and engagement.
- • Utilize integrated digital and collaboration platforms including Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, Copilot), Zoom, and Monday.com to manage and distribute communications.
- • Deliver communications that support organizational change, strengthen company culture, and elevate the overall employee experience.
- • Travel up to 10% annually to support in-person engagement with global teams and leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in internal communications within a large, global organization
- • Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience, preferably in communications
- • Proficiency with communications tools and channel strategy across digital and employee platforms
- • Experience using AI, including communication-specific platforms and practical applications
- • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences
- • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
