You will play a pivotal role in driving social media growth, enhancing visual branding, and optimizing the online store, primarily focusing on Shopify. Your contributions will directly impact the brand's visibility, engagement, and sales.
- • The core of this role involves spearheading the build-out and ongoing management of a Shopify store. This includes improving product presentation, refining the website layout for maximum visual appeal and user experience, ensuring consistent visual branding across all product pages and collections, and supporting the upload of new products and basic site edits. Your efforts will ensure the online store is not only functional but also a compelling representation of the brand.
- • A significant aspect of your responsibility will be the creation and editing of high-engagement short-form social media content, with a strong emphasis on Instagram Reels. You will be tasked with developing content that captures attention immediately, utilizing strong hooks, dynamic pacing, and optimized captions and formatting to maximize reach and virality. This requires a deep understanding of current social media trends and algorithms.
- • You will be responsible for researching trending topics, popular formats, and engagement-driven content styles across social platforms, particularly Instagram. This research will inform your content creation strategy, ensuring that the brand stays relevant and competitive in the digital space.
- • Daily management of social media posting, crafting compelling captions, and actively engaging with the audience through comments and direct messages will be a key part of your role. Building a genuine connection with followers and fostering a community around the brand is paramount.
- • In terms of graphic and apparel design, you will be instrumental in creating bold logos, eye-catching apparel graphics, and professional product mockups. This includes designing print-ready assets for various merchandise like sweatshirts and t-shirts, ensuring they are compatible with print-on-demand workflows.
- • Maintaining a consistent visual brand identity across all products and social media platforms is crucial. Your design work will directly contribute to the brand's aesthetic and recognition.

- • The role offers flexibility in terms of working hours, with a requirement of 10 hours per week, primarily scheduled between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM MST, Monday through Friday. This part-time role has the potential to scale based on performance and the needs of the client.
- • You will be working with essential tools and platforms including Instagram (Reels, posting, engagement), Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop for design, Shopify for e-commerce management, and Google Workspace for general productivity.
- • The ultimate goal is to achieve massive genuine follower growth and a high click-through rate on social media, directly contributing to the success and expansion of the e-commerce apparel brand.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in social media management, with a strong focus on Instagram growth strategies and short-form content creation (Reels).
- • Strong graphic design skills, proficient with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar, demonstrated through a portfolio showcasing social media, apparel, or Shopify work.
- • Experience with Shopify store setup, management, and basic website updates, including product uploads and layout improvements.
- • Comfort and capability in creating bold, attention-driven content, including designs for apparel and print-on-demand, and a willingness to engage with provocative or polarizing themes professionally.
- • Familiarity with American internet culture, trends, and humor, and the ability to apply this understanding to content creation.
- • Excellent English communication skills (native or equivalent accent preferred) and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
