• • As a Social Media Strategist, you will be the architect of our clients' social media presence, taking full ownership of their social strategy, meticulously crafting content calendars, writing captivating captions, and executing platform-specific publishing. Your primary mission will be to elevate the studio's existing content library, transforming a vast array of high-quality assets into 5-10 impactful, platform-optimized posts each week. This role is crucial for maintaining a polished, effective, and engaging brand presence across all major social channels, all without the need for new content production. You will be the bridge between our clients' creative output and their target audiences, ensuring every post resonates and drives engagement.
• • Key Responsibilities:
• • *Social Strategy & Planning:**
• • Develop and meticulously maintain bespoke social media strategies for each client, ensuring they are tightly aligned with individual brand goals, target audiences, and overall market positioning.
• • Architect and manage a comprehensive content calendar, planning approximately 5-10 tailored posts per week for each account, ensuring a consistent and relevant flow of information and engagement.
• • Define core content pillars, overarching themes, and optimal posting cadences to guarantee a steady stream of high-quality, engaging, and on-brand output.
• • Conduct in-depth analysis of client industries and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• • *Content Adaptation & Publishing:**
• • Skillfully review and select from a rich and diverse volume of existing studio-produced assets, including video footage, graphics, and compelling clips, identifying the most suitable elements for social media adaptation.
• • Expertly adapt selected assets into platform-ready posts, choosing the most impactful clips, designing eye-catching thumbnails, crafting compelling titles, and framing content from the most effective angles.
• • Write tailored, on-brand captions that perfectly capture each client’s unique voice, tone, and messaging, ensuring authenticity and resonance with their specific audience.
• • Manage the intricate process of platform-specific posting and scheduling across key channels such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts, optimizing for each platform's unique algorithm and user behavior.
• • Meticulously optimize content formats, aspect ratios, and basic metadata to ensure maximum visibility and performance on each individual platform.
• • Perform light content adjustments, including adding basic video captions, executing simple video trims, and making minor thumbnail tweaks to enhance visual appeal and clarity.
• • *Platform & Audience Expertise:**
• • Apply a deep, nuanced understanding of the unique characteristics and best practices of major social media platforms to maximize reach, engagement, and overall impact.

• • *Performance Monitoring & Optimization:**
• • Diligently track post performance using native platform analytics and/or client-provided tools, gathering crucial data on engagement, reach, and other key metrics.
• • Identify patterns in high-performing content and strategically refine the social media approach based on these insights to drive continuous improvement.
• • Prepare and present clear, concise reports detailing key insights, performance trends, and actionable recommendations to inform future content creation and campaign strategies.

• • Foster close collaboration with internal production and account management teams to ensure seamless alignment on content, campaign objectives, and strategic priorities.

• • Align working hours with U.S. Mountain or Eastern time zones to facilitate real-time collaboration and responsive communication with U.S.-based clients and internal teams.
