📋 Description

• The Creative role at Vidsy Media Limited is a social-first position responsible for developing high-performing video advertising concepts for global brands like Pepsi, L’Oréal, Amazon, and Warner Bros. This role matters because it bridges brand strategy with authentic creator-driven content, ensuring clients stay ahead of platform trends on TikTok, Reels, and Snap.
• Day to day, the Creative will concept and direct social-first campaigns, act as the creative liaison between Strategists, Client Managers, and Motion Designers, brief and direct the external Creator Community to produce authentic UGC, monitor and leverage platform trends, and confidently pitch ideas to enterprise clients.
• Vidsy is a global creative platform with hubs in NYC, LA, Toronto, and London, partnering with major advertisers to scale creator and AI-powered video advertising. The company values social-native thinking, authenticity, and innovation, fostering a culture where creativity meets production at the intersection of brand goals and audience engagement.
• In this role, you will sharpen your ability to craft scroll-stopping vertical video stories, deepen your expertise in platform-specific trends, lead client-facing presentations, and grow your creative range across diverse industries — from beauty to gaming — while collaborating with a global network of creators and designers.

🎯 Requirements

• 18 months or equivalent experience in the creative industry or social content production
• Social-native proficiency with deep understanding of TikTok, Meta, and Snap platforms and their nuances
• A portfolio demonstrating engaging, social-first storytelling in vertical video format
