- • Creative Analyst is a hybrid strategic, creative and paid media role that bridges data-driven insights and high-impact creative execution, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, media performance, and client partnership.
- • Day to day, you will own the development of project briefs aligned with media strategy, manage creative roadmaps across geographies and audiences, analyze creative performance data to surface insights, deliver actionable post-mortems, act as a key point of contact for cross-functional teams, partner with Creative Strategists on audits and presentations, facilitate feedback loops, lead client calls and internal reviews, collaborate with Project Management and Account teams to improve processes, and contribute to thought leadership initiatives like case studies and process improvements.

- • In this role, you will grow into a future Creative Strategist position by evolving beyond reporting into leading strategic vision for creative testing and innovation, gaining ownership of creative strategy that drives measurable growth, and developing expertise in translating data into compelling creative narratives that inform client-facing strategy and internal innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of experience in creative strategy, media buying, or account management at a digital agency or in-house team
- • Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable creative insights, including comfort with large data sets, pivot tables, and vLOOKUPs
- • Strong writing skills with the ability to craft strategic briefs and clear performance recaps
- • Solid understanding of digital media channels (Meta, Google UAC, YouTube, Programmatic) and how creative drives performance
- • High attention to detail, organization, and ability to juggle multiple projects under fast-moving timelines
