📋 Description

• A Creative Brand Designer role at tem, a company rebuilding the global energy transaction infrastructure with AI-native technology to bring transparency, fairness, and efficiency to electricity markets.
• The role involves producing polished brand and campaign assets across web, lifecycle, social, decks, and one-pagers; adapting visuals into channel-ready formats; maintaining and extending design system templates; and integrating AI tools into production workflows to increase speed and quality.
• You will join a small, ambitious creative team reporting to the Head of Brand, with day-to-day support from senior designers, where your work directly contributes to building a generational brand system and frees senior talent to focus on strategy.
• In this role, you will grow rapidly by shipping reliable, high-quality output every week, learning how to strengthen design systems, build AI-augmented workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally with Content, Product Marketing, and Growth teams to turn briefs into polished, production-ready assets.

🎯 Requirements

• A portfolio showing strong fundamentals in typography, layout, hierarchy, and clear good taste
• Experience producing design across multiple formats (digital and/or brand) in a fast-moving environment
• Confident in Figma and comfortable collaborating in shared files
• Already using AI intentionally in your own design and production workflow
• Organised and reliable: tracks your own work, flags blockers proactively, doesn't need chasing
• Willingness to move fast, take feedback, and iterate without ego
