- • Own BJAK’s UK brand identity across all digital, social, print, product, and other UK channels, ensuring consistency in tone of voice and visual systems
- • Build a UK-first brand narrative tailored to local users, culture, and market dynamics, translating marketing and business objectives into compelling visuals and messaging
- • Develop creative concepts and campaigns specifically designed to drive awareness, trust, and growth within the UK market
- • Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary UK creative team, setting a high bar for creativity, execution quality, and speed
- • Review and approve all creative output to ensure alignment with UK brand strategy and business goals
- • Build and manage scalable creative workflows that balance speed, quality, and operational efficiency
- • Partner closely with UK growth, product, and leadership teams to align creative initiatives with business priorities
- • Use data and performance insights to iterate, optimize, and scale creative work across all UK-facing platforms
- • Stay current on UK market trends, consumer behavior, and evolving creative standards to maintain brand relevance

- • Maintain proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and modern production workflows to support hands-on execution
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6 years of experience in creative, brand, or design leadership
- • Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and cross-channel campaigns
- • Deep understanding of branding, design systems, and digital content strategy
- • Proven experience leading creative teams and elevating creative standards
- • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and modern production workflows
- • Experience building or localising brands specifically for the UK market
