- • The Creative Designer role at Scale Army supports U.S.-based clients by delivering high-quality visual and written assets that strengthen brand presence across digital channels, ensuring consistency, engagement, and alignment with marketing goals.
- • This fully remote position requires availability during U.S. business hours (9 AM–5 PM EST) and offers the opportunity to work with diverse client brands across LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe while growing within a collaborative, expanding creative team.
- • Day to day, the designer will adapt visual identities across multiple client accounts, ensuring brand-aligned execution for social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and newsletter designs optimized for each platform.
- • They will produce cohesive written content—including email copy, social media posts, and website text—that complements visual assets and supports campaign objectives with clarity and brand consistency.
- • Collaboration is central: the designer will partner with internal teams and web developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and contribute to evolving creative needs as business scales.
- • Success is measured by consistent delivery of on-brand, high-quality assets, positive feedback on creativity and responsiveness, reliable deadline adherence, and growing responsibility over time.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing work in social media, web design, and email/newsletter design.
- • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools, with expertise in creating responsive email templates and platform-optimized graphics.
- • Ability to adapt to diverse brand identities, communicate clearly across teams, and deliver consistent, detail-oriented work aligned with client goals and deadlines.
