- • Design and produce high-impact, performance-driven creative assets for Zable’s D2C marketing campaigns across paid social, search, and digital channels
- • Lead the visual execution of rebrand applications under the Zable brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing touchpoints
- • Develop scalable design templates, asset libraries, and style guides to maintain brand integrity at volume
- • Translate marketing briefs into conceptually strong, visually compelling designs that drive customer acquisition and conversion
- • Create multiple variations of creative assets to support A/B testing and data-led optimization of campaign performance
- • Maintain strict quality control on all assets prior to launch, ensuring regulatory compliance, correct formatting, and optimal file exports
- • Collaborate closely with the Head of Creative, growth marketers, and product designers to align creative output with business objectives
- • Utilize AI tools within the design workflow to accelerate ideation, production, and iteration while enhancing creative quality
- • Contribute to the development of creative testing frameworks that link visual variations to measurable growth metrics
- • Own the visual identity of campaign launches, from concept through to final delivery across web, mobile, and social platforms
- • Balance brand purity with performance pragmatism—designing for both emotional resonance and direct response outcomes
- • Iterate designs based on performance data, team feedback, and customer insights to continuously improve creative effectiveness
- • Build and maintain visual design systems that enable rapid asset production without compromising brand standards
- • Work autonomously from briefs, taking ownership of projects from inception to delivery with minimal supervision
- • Stay current with emerging design trends, AI-driven design tools, and performance marketing best practices in fintech
- • Participate in creative reviews, feedback sessions, and brainstorming workshops to elevate team output and creative strategy
- • Support cross-functional initiatives by providing design input for product features, landing pages, and customer onboarding flows
- • Ensure all deliverables meet accessibility, usability, and platform-specific technical requirements
- • Contribute to the evolution of Zable’s visual language as the company scales into new markets (UK and US)
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years as a creative or brand designer, ideally for a consumer brand or top creative agency
- • Portfolio demonstrating strong typographic, layout, and conceptual thinking—not just template execution
- • Proven experience designing for performance/growth marketing, including paid social and digital campaigns
- • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency at scale
- • Comfortable working from briefs and turning rough ideas into shippable, high-quality designs
- • Demonstrable use of AI tools in design workflow
