- • Design and produce high-impact creative assets for Zable’s D2C marketing campaigns across paid social, performance channels, and digital platforms
- • Scale creative output by generating multiple variations to support A/B testing and performance-driven optimization
- • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, ensuring visual integrity from digital ads to landing pages and social posts
- • Own creative quality assurance for all assets prior to launch, verifying regulatory compliance, correct formatting, and proper file exports
- • Develop and maintain reusable design templates, style guides, and asset libraries to streamline production and enforce brand standards
- • Translate marketing briefs and rough concepts into polished, shippable designs with strong typographic, layout, and conceptual rigor
- • Collaborate closely with the Head of Creative, growth marketing, and product design teams to align creative output with business goals
- • Actively integrate AI tools into your design workflow to accelerate production, enhance quality, and explore new creative possibilities
- • Contribute to the evolution of Zable’s visual identity during its major rebrand, shaping how the brand is perceived in the UK and US markets
- • Monitor campaign performance data and iterate on creative assets based on insights from metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, and engagement
- • Balance brand purity with performance pragmatism, adapting design approaches to suit both long-term brand equity and short-term growth objectives
- • Participate in creative experimentation sessions, proposing new ideas, formats, and visual strategies to improve campaign effectiveness
- • Work autonomously from briefs, taking initiative to refine concepts and deliver polished work without constant oversight
- • Ensure all designs are optimized for mobile, desktop, and platform-specific requirements across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital channels
- • Stay informed on design trends, emerging AI tools, and performance marketing innovations to continuously elevate the quality of creative output
- • Contribute to the growth of the creative pod by mentoring junior designers and sharing best practices in design systems and workflow efficiency
- • Work within tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and a high standard of creative execution
- • Support the transition from Lendable to Zable by updating legacy assets and ensuring seamless adoption of the new brand identity across all touchpoints
- • Use data from campaign analytics to inform design decisions, ensuring creativity drives measurable business outcomes
- • Communicate design rationale clearly to non-design stakeholders, translating visual choices into business impact
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years as a creative or brand designer, ideally for a consumer brand or top creative agency
- • Portfolio demonstrating strong typographic, layout, and conceptual thinking — not template-based execution
- • Proven experience designing for performance/growth marketing, including paid social and campaign assets
- • Comfortable using AI tools in your design workflow
- • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency at scale
- • Experience working from briefs to deliver shippable creative concepts
