  • • As a Creative Designer at Maneuver Marketing LLC, you will play a pivotal role in driving the performance of AppLovin ad campaigns by designing high-impact, interactive creatives that directly influence click-through rates and conversion outcomes for a rapidly growing DTC health and wellness brand with over $100M in annual sales and 3M+ global customers.
  • • You will bridge creative vision with data-driven performance, working at the intersection of design, engineering, and marketing to produce innovative ad formats that go beyond static imagery to deliver measurable business results in a fast-paced, experimentation-focused environment.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing MOF (Middle of Funnel) and BOF (Bottom of Funnel) creatives tailored specifically for AppLovin placements, ensuring compliance with technical specifications such as 5MB HTML file size limits, MRAID v2.0 standards, and single-file packaging requirements.
  • • You will produce net-new creative assets weekly across multiple formats — including static images, animated GIFs, short-form video, and interactive HTML units — translating creative briefs into high-performing executions with speed and consistency.
  • • You will build and develop HTML-based interactive creatives that leverage tap, swipe, reveal, and demo-style interactions, converting static concepts into engaging experiences designed to outperform traditional static CTR benchmarks.
  • • You will reference and reverse-engineer top-performing creatives from AppLovin’s interactive library (particularly in Health & Wellness and Home & Furniture verticals) to inform and elevate your own creative direction and innovation.
  • • You will rapidly iterate on designs based on performance data — including CTR, CVR, engagement rate, and creative fatigue signals — collaborating closely with Growth and Media teams to identify winning formats and scale them efficiently.
  • • You will create a diverse range of asset types, including product unboxing, demo, testimonial-style, and landing-page-style creatives, seamlessly embedding video or GIF elements into HTML ad units to enhance engagement and storytelling.
  • • You will integrate AI design tools such as Nano Banana Pro into your workflow to accelerate concepting, generate visual variations, and enhance productivity, continuously evolving your creative process through experimentation with multi-tool AI stacks.
  • • You will contribute to three core performance objectives: increasing AppLovin creative performance through CTR and engagement lifts; scaling winning creative systems by building reusable HTML templates and reducing time-to-launch; and ensuring creative excellence via high QA pass rates, stakeholder satisfaction, and brand-consistent, conversion-focused design.

  • • You will collaborate closely with Performance Marketing, Growth Strategists, and Creative Strategy teams, sharing insights, asset libraries, and learnings with the existing Performance Designer who focuses on Meta/social statics, landing pages, and CRO, fostering cross-channel synergy and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience designing MOF/BOF performance creatives, preferably for AppLovin or similar ad networks
  • • Strong capability in building HTML-based interactive ad units, including end cards, with demonstrated examples of tap, swipe, or reveal interactions
  • • Proficiency in static image design, animated GIFs, and short-form video editing, with ability to convert static concepts into high-CTR interactive experiences
  • • Experience creating product demo, unboxing, testimonial-style, and landing-page-style creatives for performance marketing
  • • Proficiency with AI design tools such as Nano Banana Pro to accelerate concepting and generate visual variations
  • • Bonus: Experience using AppLovin’s End Card (EC) Builder or equivalent HTML preview tools
