📋 Description

• We're seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead creative strategy and execution across our marketing, brand, and client campaigns.
• This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role for someone who can set creative direction, build and mentor a team, and translate business goals into compelling creative work with a natural fit for a company operating in the audio ad space.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, brand storytelling, and design/copy execution.
• They will be able to lead the creative process from concept through execution, ensuring high-quality, on-brand output.
• The Creative Director will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product leadership to align creative work with business objectives.
• They will be responsible for building, managing, and mentoring a team of designers, writers, and other creative contributors (in-house and/or freelance).
• The Creative Director will develop and evolve brand guidelines, visual identity, and messaging frameworks.
• They will present creative concepts and rationale to internal stakeholders and, as needed, to clients or partners.
• The Creative Director will oversee production timelines, budgets, and vendor/freelancer relationships.
• They will stay current on creative trends in digital advertising, with particular attention to audio and podcast media.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in creative leadership roles (Creative Director, Associate Creative Director, or similar), ideally within advertising, media, or adtech.
• Proven track record leading creative teams and delivering high-quality campaigns across multiple formats and channels.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, brand storytelling, and design/copy execution.
