• • As the Creative Director (or Lead Writer of Interesting Things) at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will be the voice of the brand, responsible for transforming transactional messaging into emotionally resonant, human-centered communication that builds trust and long-term customer loyalty in the car ownership space.
• • Day to day, you will own the overhaul of customer communications across CRM, email, SMS, and in-app copy, crafting campaigns that shift from functional to relationship-driven, while collaborating with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams to align messaging with user needs and pain points.
• • Jerry Technologies Inc. is a profitable, fast-growing AI-powered super app serving over 5M customers, backed by $240M in funding, on a mission to simplify car ownership—a $2T market—by making it accessible, less stressful, and more human through innovative technology and empathetic branding.
• • In this role, you will build the brand voice from a blank canvas, define the company’s personality across all organic surfaces, and evolve from refining lifecycle campaigns to driving brand affinity through social media and community engagement, gaining deep impact on customer perception and long-term retention.
