- • Known Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Creative Director (Social) to lead and develop big idea-driven creative for clients across industries, blending art and science to produce innovative marketing campaigns.
- • The role involves leading concept development and execution of social, digital, brand, and 360 marketing campaigns; overseeing and mentoring a team of creatives; managing the creative process from concept to execution; translating marketing objectives into clear creative strategies; ensuring brand standards are met; managing multiple projects and timelines; reviewing and approving team work; providing performance feedback; partnering with Creative Operations on resourcing; and collaborating with Client, Strategy, and Media teams to ground creative in consumer insights and business goals.

- • The person in this role will develop leadership and strategic expertise in social-first creative, deepen their ability to translate consumer insights into breakthrough campaigns, refine cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment, and grow as a motivating leader who nurtures talent while delivering impactful work for major brands.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8-10+ years of creative advertising experience developing content and campaigns
- • Undergraduate degree in Communications, Advertising, Branding, Marketing, or a related field
- • Portfolio featuring a wide range of creative and social-first campaigns with strategic, breakthrough ideas across multiple channels
- • Strong aptitude for storytelling across advertising mediums, emphasizing social, digital, and DTC advertising
- • Solid understanding of how creativity achieves business objectives while meeting brand standards for aesthetic and communication quality
- • Strong analytical ability and clear, effective written, verbal, and visual communication skills
