  • • As a Creative Growth Designer (Motion & Video Lead) at Wisp, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual storytelling that drives patient acquisition and revenue growth across high-impact paid media channels. Your work will directly influence how the brand connects with audiences seeking sexual and reproductive healthcare, translating mission-driven values into scroll-stopping, conversion-focused creative that scales performance.
  • • You will own the end-to-end production of motion and video ad creative for platforms including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, CTV, and other paid social channels—from initial concept and storyboarding through execution, delivery, and performance-based iteration. This role blends artistic craft with data-informed optimization, requiring you to rapidly test, learn, and scale what works while maintaining high standards of storytelling and visual quality.
  • • You will join a small, fast-moving, fully remote Marketing team within Wisp, a mission-driven healthcare company that has scaled nationally since 2018 and is now part of the WELL Health family. The team operates with high ownership, accountability, and a commitment to collaborative problem-solving, where creativity and performance are equally valued in driving patient outcomes.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in performance-driven creative strategy, learning how to translate analytics into compelling visual narratives that improve conversion and engagement. You’ll gain hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate production, while mentoring internal and external contributors to ensure consistent, high-quality output across a high-volume creative pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 6–8+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong focus on motion, video, and performance creative in agency or DTC in-house environments
  • • Expert-level proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro, along with strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • • Deep understanding of paid social, digital advertising, and direct response creative—especially what drives engagement and conversion across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Meta, CTV, and Snap
  • • Highly data-driven mindset, comfortable using performance metrics and analytics to inform creative decisions and optimization
  • • Experience owning projects end-to-end and thriving in fast-paced, highly collaborative, cross-functional environments
  • • Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate and defend creative decisions while incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders
