📋 Description

• As a Creative Lead on the BetMGM Creative team, you’ll be a driving force behind the concepting, development, and execution of bold, visually striking creative across all major brand and marketing touchpoints, shaping how millions of sports and gaming fans experience BetMGM.
• You’ll lead visual concept development for integrated campaigns spanning TV, OOH, social, digital, CRM, and experiential activations, own the art direction and creative development process from ideation through final execution, and collaborate closely with Copywriters, Creative Directors, and cross-functional teams to develop and present holistic creative concepts.
• BetMGM is a partnership between MGM Resorts International and Entain Group with over 1,400 talented members revolutionizing sports betting and online gaming in the United States and Canada, committed to building a respectful, inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
• You’ll mentor junior creatives, contribute to the development of brand guidelines and design systems, stay up to date on creative trends and pop culture, and help evolve the brand’s visual identity while gaining leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-profile in-house creative team.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in art direction or senior design leadership roles, preferably at top agencies or within fast-paced, high-profile in-house creative teams.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of award-winning, strategically driven 360° campaigns across branding, advertising, and digital media.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); working knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and Figma.
• Deep understanding of brand building, visual storytelling, typography, composition, and color theory.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate complex business goals into creative solutions.
• Excellent leadership and mentorship skills, with experience managing and developing creative talent.
