📋 Description
- • As the Creative Lead for Organic Growth & Storytelling at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will be the voice of the brand, responsible for transforming transactional messaging into emotionally resonant, relationship-driven communication that builds trust and long-term engagement with car owners.
- • Day to day, you will overhaul customer communications across CRM, email, SMS, and in-app copy, crafting empathetic narratives around complex topics like insurance, repairs, and financing, while collaborating with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams to align messaging with user needs and drive lifecycle conversion.
- • You will join a high-impact, profitable startup that has scaled to 5M users and $240M+ in funding, working alongside analytical, egoless teammates in a mission-driven environment focused on simplifying car ownership through AI-powered innovation.
- • In this role, you will build the brand voice from a blank canvas, define Jerry’s personality across all organic touchpoints, and evolve into shaping broader brand affinity through social media and community-driven content, gaining ownership of both creative strategy and measurable growth impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in creative marketing with a focus on organic growth and a copy lean
- • Proven track record with organic channels like email, SMS, and social
- • Experience working with consumer brands
- • A portfolio showcasing both writing and creative craft
- • Bachelor's Degree
