- • As a Creative Motion Designer at RiseGuide, you will design video creatives for advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google, playing a key role in scaling a self-improvement app inspired by world-renowned role models like Andrew Huberman, Simon Sinek, Alex Hormozi, MrBeast, Richard Branson, and Steve Jobs.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include creating motion graphics, testing AI tools for image, video, and audio generation, developing original creative concepts, participating in team brainstorms, and integrating new tools to improve creative quality and production efficiency.
- • You will join Skelar AS, a Ukrainian venture builder with over 1,000 employees, building international tech businesses in EdTech, marketplaces, and more, backed by media coverage from TechCrunch and Wired, and driven by a mission to build 'the next big everything' while supporting Ukraine’s recovery.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in performance marketing motion design, gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI creative tools, contribute to a high-impact product aiming to disrupt the self-education space, and grow within a rapidly expanding Creative Production team in a mission-driven, innovative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in Performance Marketing
- • Motion Design experience of 1.5+ years
- • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro
- • Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- • Experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Gemini, OpenAI, or similar
- • B1+ level English for research and content work
