📋 Description

• As a Creative QA Reviewer (UGC Video) at Viktor, you will serve as the quality gate for all user-generated content videos produced by external agencies and creators, ensuring every ad meets brand guidelines, creative briefs, and platform policies before publication.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing incoming UGC videos in Frame.io against brand, brief, and technical specifications (aspect ratios, duration, hooks, captions, CTAs), verifying compliance with Meta, TikTok, and Google ad policies, providing precise timestamped feedback to agencies, tracking revisions, maintaining a QA checklist and feedback log, identifying recurring issues to improve briefs, monitoring turnaround and quality metrics, flagging underperforming vendors, and collaborating closely with the Head of Creative and paid-media team to maintain pipeline efficiency.
• Viktor is an AI-powered company scaling rapidly after a $75M Series A, operating a high-volume creative factory that produces dozens of UGC ads weekly. • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in UGC creative quality assurance, social ad platform policies, creative operations, and feedback-driven process improvement. You’ll directly influence ad performance and agency performance, gain visibility into a fast-growing AI company’s creative engine, and build skills in high-volume content QA that are transferable across performance marketing and creative studios.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in video/content QA, creative ops, social/UGC production, or paid-social
• Sharp eye for detail to detect off-brand elements, wrong logos, weak hooks, broken captions, or spec mismatches
• Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn Meta, TikTok, and Google ad policy fundamentals
• Comfort using Frame.io or similar review tools and delivering actionable written feedback
• Fluency in English (Polish is a plus)
• Organized, fast, and reliable under high-volume pipelines
