đź“‹ Description
- • Mia Labs is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CRM Administrator to join our dynamic team as an independent contractor for an initial 6-month engagement. This pivotal role is instrumental in modernizing dealership operations and transforming the automotive consumer experience. As the automotive industry undergoes a significant transformation, driven by evolving consumer expectations for speed, personalization, and convenience, and the increasing need for operational efficiency, Mia Labs is at the forefront of this change. Our AI agent, Mia, is designed to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership performance through human-like automation. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our CRM system, primarily HubSpot, serves as the single source of truth, driving efficiency and providing critical insights across our organization.
- • Your primary responsibility will be CRM Data Cleanup. This involves meticulously cross-referencing internal spreadsheets and various source systems to validate, standardize, and significantly improve the accuracy and completeness of our CRM data. The goal is to establish the CRM as the definitive system of record, ensuring all teams operate with reliable and consistent information. This foundational work is critical for all subsequent CRM activities and reporting.
- • You will be tasked with building clear Lifecycle Visibility within the CRM. This means developing a comprehensive understanding and representation of the customer journey, from initial engagement through onboarding, ongoing renewals, and managing cancellations. Establishing these clear stages will enable proactive customer management and strategic engagement.
- • A key deliverable will be the creation of robust Reporting and Dashboards. You will transition existing spreadsheet-based reporting mechanisms into dynamic and insightful HubSpot reports and dashboards. While some limited reporting may continue in spreadsheets where necessary, the aim is to consolidate critical business intelligence within the CRM for easier access and analysis.
- • You will design and implement Workflows and Automation to enhance operational efficiency, with a particular focus on supporting the Customer Success team. This includes automating routine tasks, streamlining communication processes, and ensuring timely follow-ups to improve customer satisfaction and retention. A significant part of this will involve developing and maintaining a Customer Health Score model. This model will enable us to proactively identify at-risk customers, allowing for timely intervention and risk mitigation.
- • Furthermore, you will be responsible for Adoption and Enablement. This involves creating essential documentation, supporting the onboarding of new users onto the CRM, and actively participating in change management initiatives. Your efforts will ensure that all teams consistently and effectively utilize the CRM to its full potential, maximizing its value to the business.
- • A non-negotiable aspect of this role is HubSpot Learning. You will be required to commit to completing designated HubSpot Academy courses and earning relevant certifications during your contract period. This commitment ensures you gain deep expertise in the platform we rely on, enabling you to maximize its capabilities for Mia Labs. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on a rapidly growing startup in a transformative industry, working remotely within the United States.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on CRM administration experience with systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar CRM platforms.
- • Proven strong CRM data management skills, including data cleansing, standardization, and validation, coupled with robust reporting and dashboard creation capabilities.
- • Demonstrated experience in maintaining a CRM as the definitive system of record for an organization.
- • Comfort and experience working collaboratively with Customer Success, Sales, and Operations teams to understand and meet their CRM needs.
- • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a methodical, process-driven approach to problem-solving.
- • Willingness and ability to quickly learn HubSpot and successfully complete required HubSpot Academy coursework and certifications within the contract period.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Opportunity to gain significant experience with HubSpot, a leading CRM platform, through dedicated learning and certification.
- • The chance to make a substantial impact on a growing startup in the automotive tech industry, contributing directly to modernization efforts.
- • A fully remote work arrangement within the United States, offering flexibility and work-life balance.
- • An initial 6-month independent contractor engagement with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs, providing a defined project scope with future possibilities.
- • Competitive compensation reflective of experience and skills, with a monthly rate of USD 1,000 for a 40-hour work week.
