  • • As a CRM Strategist at SmartBug Media, you will be at the forefront of digital transformation, leveraging your deep expertise in HubSpot and Revenue Operations (RevOps) to architect and implement sophisticated CRM solutions for our diverse clientele.
  • • You will serve as the primary technical architect for high-complexity HubSpot implementations, taking ownership of the system's design, configuration, and ongoing optimization to ensure it seamlessly supports the entire customer lifecycle, from initial lead generation through to customer retention and expansion.
  • • This role is deeply technical, focusing on the intricate interplay between RevOps principles, robust HubSpot system architecture, and the seamless integration of native HubSpot tools and third-party applications.
  • • While an Account Manager will expertly manage client relationships and retention efforts, you will be the technical linchpin, responsible for translating intricate business requirements into scalable, efficient, and impactful technical workflows and integrations.
  • • Your core mission will be to design and build HubSpot ecosystems that act as powerful engines for measurable revenue growth, de-risking the future for our clients and setting them on a course for sustainable, long-term success.
  • • You will meticulously analyze client business processes, identify pain points, and conceptualize innovative solutions within the HubSpot platform to address these challenges effectively.
  • • This involves a deep dive into data strategy, ensuring data integrity, flow, and accessibility across all connected systems to provide a unified view of the customer.
  • • You will be responsible for configuring and customizing HubSpot objects, workflows, automation rules, custom code, and reporting dashboards to meet specific client objectives.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve designing and implementing native integrations within HubSpot, ensuring smooth data synchronization and process automation between different modules and potentially external platforms.
  • • You will stay abreast of the latest HubSpot features, updates, and best practices, proactively recommending and implementing enhancements to further optimize client solutions.
  • • Collaboration is key; you will work closely with Account Managers, Project Managers, Marketing Strategists, Sales Strategists, and other technical specialists to ensure a cohesive and effective client experience.
  • • You will conduct technical discovery sessions with clients to thoroughly understand their operational needs, technical infrastructure, and strategic goals.
  • • Developing comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, process flows, and configuration guides, will be an essential part of your responsibilities.
  • • You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the HubSpot environment, ensuring system stability and performance.
  • • This role demands a strategic mindset to not only implement current needs but also to anticipate future growth and scalability requirements for our clients' CRM systems.
  • • You will be instrumental in defining and implementing RevOps best practices, guiding clients towards a more integrated and efficient approach to marketing, sales, and service operations.
  • • Your expertise will be crucial in advising clients on how to best leverage HubSpot's advanced features, including AI-powered tools, to enhance their digital strategies and achieve their business outcomes.
  • • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of SmartBug Media's internal processes and methodologies for CRM implementation and strategy.
  • • The ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be paramount.
  • • Ultimately, you will be the trusted technical advisor, empowering clients to harness the full potential of their HubSpot investment to drive significant and sustainable business growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience designing, configuring, and implementing complex HubSpot CRM systems, with a strong emphasis on Revenue Operations (RevOps) principles.
  • • Deep understanding of HubSpot's technical architecture, including objects, workflows, automation, custom code, and reporting capabilities.
  • • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and native integrations within the HubSpot ecosystem.
  • • Experience with data migration, data hygiene, and establishing robust data management practices within a CRM context.
