- • As a CRO Analyst at DocPlanner Group S.A., you will play a critical role in optimizing the performance of over 25 B2B websites by analyzing user behavior and conversion metrics to drive data-informed decisions that improve MQL generation and overall website effectiveness.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing website performance using Google Analytics (GA4), VWO, and HubSpot; conducting A/B tests; interpreting data from Looker Studio, Tableau, or Superset; setting up tracking plans; identifying audience segments for personalization; and collaborating with content and stakeholder teams to deliver actionable insights for campaigns, promotions, and website migrations.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in conversion rate optimization, web analytics, and A/B testing while contributing directly to business growth. You’ll gain experience working in a fast-paced, global, remote-first environment and have opportunities to shape web performance strategy across multiple international markets.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2 years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or CRO roles
- • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio or similar analytics platforms
- • Experience with A/B testing tools such as VWO, Google Optimize, or Optimizely
- • Ability to interpret web data and derive actionable insights for business objectives
- • Experience with user behavior tools like Hotjar or Clarity (nice-to-have)
- • Experience with SEO tools such as Search Console (nice-to-have)
