� Description

• • Own the full product life-cycle for Token Metrics’ next-generation crypto analytics platform, from ideation through launch, scaling products used by thousands of retail and institutional investors worldwide.
• • Translate market signals, on-chain data trends, and user feedback into a prioritized backlog of high-impact features that sharpen our competitive edge in the rapidly evolving crypto intelligence space.
• • Write crisp epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that give engineering crystal-clear direction; run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retros across a globally distributed team (Austin, Eastern-Europe, South-East Asia) to ship production-grade code every two weeks.
• • Partner with quant researchers to integrate new on-chain metrics, DeFi yield models, and AI-driven price-prediction engines into the UI, ensuring data accuracy <200 ms latency and 99.9 % uptime.
• • Collaborate with design to craft frictionless, mobile-first experiences that demystify complex crypto data for both novice traders and seasoned fund managers; champion A/B tests that lift activation by double digits.
• • Define and monitor OKRs (DAU, retention, ARPU, NPS) in Amplitude and Metabase; surface insights weekly to execs and rapidly course-correct when metrics under-perform.
• • Coordinate major product launches with PR, social, and influencer teams; craft go-to-market narratives, release notes, and help-center docs that accelerate adoption and reduce support tickets.
• • Act as the internal “crypto evangelist”—host internal lunch-and-learns, represent Token Metrics at virtual conferences, Twitter Spaces, and hackathons, building brand authority and sourcing top-tier talent.
• • Identify strategic gaps in our data coverage (L2 roll-ups, NFT lending, restaking) and negotiate partnerships with node providers, data indexers, and DeFi protocols to enrich our feature set without increasing burn rate.
• • Champion security and compliance best practices; work with auditors to ensure smart-contract integrations meet SOC-2 and ISO-27001 controls, protecting user funds and company reputation.
• • Mentor junior PMs and offshore tech leads, instilling agile best practices, story-pointing discipline, and a culture of experimentation that compounds team velocity quarter over quarter.
• • Experiment like a growth hacker—deploy in-app referrals, wait-list gamification, and token-gated perks that boost lifetime value and reduce CAC, all while staying within GDPR and regional data-privacy laws.

� Requirements

• • Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field.
• • 4+ years shipping consumer-facing web or SaaS products, with at least 1 year in crypto, fintech, or high-frequency data environments.
• • Hands-on fluency in React, Node.js, JavaScript, REST & GraphQL APIs; able to read PRs and debug console errors without calling engineering.
• • Proven track record of owning a product roadmap, hitting quarterly OKRs, and delivering revenue or user-growth outcomes that can be quantified.
• • Excellent written and verbal English communication; comfortable presenting to C-suite, investors, and global user communities across multiple time zones.
