📋 Description

• • The Curriculum & Parent Engagement Specialist develops, implements, and improves curriculum resources and parent engagement programs for federally and state-funded services such as Title I, IDEA, and other school-funded programs, directly impacting student and family outcomes in K-12 education.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and managing instructional materials, developing training resources for staff and Implementation Specialists, designing parent engagement content, guiding Territory teams on engagement strategies, analyzing evaluation data for compliance and improvement, and collaborating with Accounting, Business Operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure program alignment and delivery.
• • As part of FACTS, a division of Nelnet, Inc., the role supports a mission-driven organization serving over 11,500 K-12 schools globally, where innovation, service, and long-term partnerships are central to enhancing the education experience for students, families, teachers, and administrators.
