- • As a Customer Engineer specializing in Microsoft Teams Phone at Concentrix, you will play a critical role in helping customers maximize employee productivity and ensure seamless operation of their Microsoft Teams Phone systems, directly contributing to improved communication and collaboration across global enterprises.
- • Day to day, you will design, deploy, and manage complex global Microsoft Teams Phone environments, including migrating from Skype for Business, configuring telephony architecture, ensuring regulatory compliance across ~160 countries, and producing detailed system documentation using frameworks like TOGAF and HERMES.
- • You will join Concentrix’s Technical Products and Services team, a global leader in intelligent transformation that combines digital engineering, human-centered design, and advanced technology to modernize customer experiences for world-class brands, supported by award-winning workplace culture and career growth opportunities.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global telecom services, secure network architecture, and enterprise UC migrations while developing advanced stakeholder management skills working with technical teams, leadership, and C-level contacts across international clients.
🎯 Requirements
- • In-depth expertise in Microsoft Teams Telephony architecture, configuration, and operations
- • Proven experience with global telecom services, including number management and regulatory compliance across ~160 countries
- • Several years’ experience designing and deploying complex global environments with elevated security requirements, particularly in government or on-premises/hybrid settings
- • Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal
- • Eligible for Swiss government security clearance and available to work on-site in Bern at least 1 day per week
