- • The Customer Experience Operations coordinator role is critical to ensuring the smooth functioning of tem’s Onboarding and Service Engine, directly supporting the company’s mission to rebuild the energy transaction with transparency and fairness by maintaining accurate, efficient back-end operations that enable customer-facing delivery.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning and executing back-end processing tasks such as document management, data entry, system administration, and operational housekeeping; delivering work with high accuracy and attention to detail; identifying manual or repetitive processes to improve efficiency; producing clear operational documentation; communicating progress and blockers; and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and wider Engine teams using tools like Intercom and HubSpot.
- • tem is rebuilding the global energy market through AI-native transaction infrastructure, having raised a $75M Series B in late 2025 and scaled its RED product to facilitate thousands of business customers and billions in transaction value. The company operates via Engines (cross-functional, outcome-owned teams) and Services (specialist support teams), fostering clarity, speed, and ownership in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment.
- • In this role, the person will develop expertise in customer experience operations, gain hands-on experience with CX tooling and automation, strengthen process improvement and documentation skills, and grow into a trusted operator who contributes to scalable, efficient systems — all while working in a remote-first, flexible culture that values ownership and continuous improvement.
