- • As a Strategic Project Manager at BLP Digital, you will lead end-to-end implementations of Native-AI-powered ERP automation products, operating at the intersection of business and technology to help enterprise clients reimagine processes, maximize automation rates, and turn AI initiatives into measurable success.
- • Day to day, you will own the implementation journey from understanding client requirements to ensuring smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction; translate complexity into clarity by designing scalable, tailored solutions; collaborate with engineering to tackle technical challenges and ensure system integration; act as the client’s trusted partner by anticipating needs and surfacing insights; work with sales to design implementation plans aligned with customer needs; and feed the product loop by translating feedback into long-term platform improvements.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience.
- • 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
- • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- • Strong analytical and communication skills — able to translate business needs into technical action.
- • Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with and presenting to native-speaking clients.
