  • • As a Commerce Operations Specialist at Tinuiti, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and growth for e-commerce clients by managing catalog data, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless client experiences. This role matters because it directly impacts client revenue, satisfaction, and retention through data-driven strategies and meticulous account management.
  • • Day to day, you will own catalog and account management tasks including auditing client catalog data for SEO and customer experience improvements, troubleshooting operational challenges, managing marketplace case logs, and supporting client communications via phone and email to build strong relationships and achieve client satisfaction scores of 9+ and retention rates of 95%+. You will also assist in performance tracking by developing recaps, assigning action items, and helping clients hit topline revenue targets.

  • • In this role, you will develop advanced skills in e-commerce operations, data analysis using Excel and Google Sheets, client presentation deck creation, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll gain experience driving growth strategies, optimizing marketplace performance, and influencing client success through data insights and strategic account management—positioning you for advancement in commerce operations, account leadership, or marketing analytics.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations account management roles with a proven track record of executing successful growth strategies
  • • Familiarity with Vendor Central, Seller Central, and Brand Registry (domestic & internationally is a plus)
  • • Advanced computer skills including Google suite, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives
  • • High attention to detail with the ability to efficiently prioritize and execute projects with quality
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams
