- • The Director of Supply Chain at OPSWAT Inc. is a strategic, hands-on leadership role based in Singapore (remote) responsible for building and scaling a world-class supply chain capability from the ground up to support the company’s global hardware growth in critical infrastructure cybersecurity.
- • Day to day, the role involves architecting and implementing scalable supply chain processes, leading hands-on QA/QC for hardware assembly and testing, overseeing warehouse operations and inventory accuracy, managing vendor and logistics relationships across APAC and internationally, ensuring compliance with export regulations and customs processes, defining and tracking operational KPIs, and leading, mentoring, and growing a high-performing team of supply chain professionals.

The Singapore office serves as a strategic hub for APAC and global operations, and this role sits at the center of the company’s growth trajectory in securing critical infrastructure.
- • In this role, the individual will have the opportunity to build a supply chain function that directly enables OPSWAT’s mission, gain deep exposure to global hardware logistics and trade compliance, develop leadership and operational excellence in a high-growth environment, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that raise quality and efficiency standards across procurement, fulfillment, and quality control.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- • 10+ years of supply chain operations experience, ideally in hardware or technology, with a proven track record of building capabilities from scratch.
- • Direct experience with global logistics, procurement, fulfillment, ERP systems (especially NetSuite), demand planning, and inventory control.
- • Hands-on knowledge of hardware QA/QC processes including assembly, imaging, testing, and packaging.
- • Strong command of APAC export regulations, international trade compliance, and hardware-specific controls.
- • Fluency in English required; additional language skills are an advantage.
